Customers can use the Now Signature Pack 12-Month Passactivation code (“Code”) to redeem the Now Signature Pack 12-Month Pass (not applicable to Now TV with Set-Top Box customers)(the “Pass”) service through Now TV website (https://s.nowtv.hk/redeem-code).Top-notch movies from Hong Kong and around the world, plus Asian TV series, factual, kids , live sports programmes and 16K+ hours of on-demand programmes available.

The Pass will be effective immediately after the customer successful redemption the Code. The Pass will be valid for watching the contentfor 12 months after activation (redemption).

Each Code can only be used once. Now TV Limited shall not be liable for invalidation or loss of any Code; and/or any delay or failure to broadcast any matches.
|
|
4.
|
All matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the organiser. Dates and times of all matches and events may be subject to change from time to time, so please refer to official announcements by the organiser for the latest information. Please note Now TV Limited cannot guarantee the continued availability of the channels, programmeand services on the Now TV services for the entire duration of thePass subscription; and it shall not be liable for any unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any matches and/or programming.

Once purchased, subscribed, redeemed, or otherwise used, there will be no refund or change for any Code,the Pass or any other Now TV packs/service plans.

To access the Now TV services and the Pass by using the Now Apps (Now Player – Now TV app and Now TV app) and the Now TV Website, you must have a Now ID.Customer may create a Now ID by providing a Hong Kong mobile number and by following the instructions on the Now Apps or the Now TV Website. If a customer has an existing Now ID and would like to use the Pass under the existing Now ID, such a customer must log-in with the existing Now ID prior to redeeming the Pass by using the Code (not applicable to Now TV with Set-Top Box customers).

The Pass may only be used in Hong Kong S.A.R. and for private purposes. It is strictly prohibited to and a material violation of these terms and conditions if any person accesses, uses or watches the content of the Pass outside Hong Kong S.A.R. or for non-private/commercial purposes.

The Code and thePass, respectively, are not applicable to Now TV with Set-Top Box customers.
|

|
The Code and the Pass, respectively, cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or resold; and will not be replaced if damaged.

Your use of theCode, the Pass and the Now TV services, respectively, are subject to your acceptance of the relevant terms and conditions. The Pass and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong S.A.R..

Now TV is provided by Now TV Limited and is available in designated areas only. Now TV is a registered trademark of the HKT Group. Now TV reserves the right to cancel the Pass and amend these Terms and Conditions, the Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now Player Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide, Terms and Conditions - Now TV Activation Codes and Now TV Passes (without Set-Top Box), and Now TV Contract/Now TV Application Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Now TV Limited shall be final.

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
