| 1. | Customers can use the 3-pack Soccer Combo 12-Month Pass activation code (“Code”) to redeem the 3-pack Soccer Combo 12-Month Pass (not applicable to Now TV with Set-Top Box customers) (the “Pass”) service through Now TV website (https://s.nowtv.hk/redeem-code
).3-pack Soccer Combo includes Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS matches, Now Sports Premier League TV (ch 620), MUTV, and Now668 horse racing channel. | | 2. | The Pass will be effective immediately after the customer successful redemption the Code. The Pass will be valid for watching the content for 12 months after activation (redemption).
| | 3. | Each Code can only be used once. Now TV Limited shall not be liable for invalidation or loss of any Code; and/or any delay or failure to broadcast any matches. | | 4. | Now TV will broadcast all Premier League matches in Hong Kong exclusively on pay TV for the seasons of 2024/25 to 2027/28. Designated matches will be delivered in 4K per season. Customers are required to subscribe SD/HD/4K Connection and Now TV Set-Top Box Rental Fee together in order to view the 4K version of the channels (including matches in 4K resolution). Now TV will also broadcast LALIGA EA SPORTS matches in Hong Kong on pay TV for the coming two seasons, from 2024/2025 to 2025/2026. Please note that Now TV cannot guarantee live broadcast of all matches of each LALIGA EA SPORTS seasons. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers.
